Got a great deal on a used truck. Didn’t feel pressured to buy. Finance team and the salesman Tyler were great to work with. Will definitely look their way when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle.

Salesman Shawn Wolz was straight up ready to listen to me, of what I wanted, my price range I could afford. He didn't go back and forth to get a settling price to include a great warranty included. No high pressure to sell the truck I was looking at. He had no problem on me looking elsewhere for other trucks. I did look elsewhere including Billings. When I left a dealership that I had bought 2 other vehicles from before to including a brand new one off the lot. I was Sooo ticked that I called him back before I even left the lot and asked if everything was still the same he said yes and I told him I would be in the next day to buy it at the set time we agreed on, and everything was ready for signing. No Waiting, No Hassle. Flat out the best price and service I have ever had.

I just wanted to give the Biggest shout out I possibly can to Whitlock Motors. I was informed my old truck would need new injectors. I spoke to the crew at Whitlock on what my options were, and they were honest with me. Part of that was advising I trade in, and upgrade. Tim and Tyler put their heads together and gave me the BEST deals that would fit my needs, for myself and my pocket. BY THE NEXT DAY, they had found me a newer truck, with a LOWER monthly payment and in pristine condition. This is my 3rd purchase from them, and I don’t regret it one bit. They helped me in the interest of me and they made this purchase personal. Tyler met me at work on my lunch break, we did the paperwork and finalized the sale. I drove home with a new truck that evening. I could honestly go on about the incredible service Whitlock Motors provides. From their mechanics to the floor, each person at Whitlock as always had my best interest in mind when working with them, and are always so kind and understanding. True Costumer Service and a great group of people. Brett and his whole team are the best.
